Verantwortlichkeiten

Support facility management in controlling and managing all facility management aspects in one or more IKEA units to increase the value and efficiency of each property sustainably
Ensure each property is properly managed throughout its lifetime including safety, compliance with laws and regulations, maintenance and optimization
Plan, organize and coordinate the agreed facility services of the overall service provider throughout the property
Take over project management for FM-related services within your area of responsibility as well as for repair and modernization measures
Create reports within your FM area of responsibility, e.g. on energy consumption, material management and cost tracking
Take over the tracking of inventory and operational documentation
Monitor the external personnel of the service provider deployed in the properties as part of the supervisory and control obligation
Ensure through quality checks that the duties delegated from the operator's responsibility are properly fulfilled
As a deputy of the responsible Unit FM Manager, you are the first point of contact for all matters relating to facility management for the management

Unterstützung des Facility Managements bei der Steuerung und Verwaltung aller Facility Management (FM) Aspekte in einer oder mehreren IKEA Einheit(en), um den Wert und die Effizienz jeder Immobilie auf nachhaltige Weise zu steigern
Sicherstellung, dass jede Immobilie während ihrer gesamten Lebensdauer ordnungsgemäß verwaltet wird – einschließlich Sicherheit, Einhaltung der Gesetze und Vorschriften, Instandhaltung und Optimierung
Planung, Organisation und Koordination der vereinbarten Facility Services des Gesamtdienstleisters in der gesamten Liegenschaft
Übernahme des Projektmanagements für FM-bezogene Dienstleistungen im Rahmen des Aufgabenbereichs sowie für Instandsetzungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen
Erstellung von Berichten innerhalb des FM-Zuständigkeitsbereichs, wie z.B. zu Energieverbrauch, Wertstoffmanagement und Kostenverfolgung
Übernahme des Nachhaltens der Bestands- und Betriebsdokumentation
Überwachung des in den Objekten eingesetzten externen Personals des Dienstleisters im Rahmen der Aufsichts- und Kontrollpflicht
Durchführung von Qualitätschecks zur Sicherstellung, dass die aus der Betreiberverantwortung heraus delegierten Pflichten ordnungsgemäß erfüllt werden
Vertretung des verantwortlichen Unit FM Managers oder Unit FM Managerin als erste*r Ansprechpartner*in in allen Belangen des Facility Managements für die Geschäftsleitung
