Jobbeschreibung:

The Facility Management Specialist will support the facility management in managing all facility management aspects in one or more IKEA units to increase the value and efficiency of each property in a sustainable way. The role involves ensuring proper management of each property throughout its lifetime, including safety, compliance with laws and regulations, maintenance, and optimization. The specialist will also plan, organize, and coordinate agreed facility services, support project management for FM-related services, create reports, and monitor external personnel.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support facility management in managing all facility management aspects in one or more IKEA units
ensure proper management of each property throughout its lifetime including safety, compliance with laws and regulations, maintenance, and optimization
plan, organize, and coordinate agreed facility services of the overall service provider in the entire property
support project management for FM-related services within the scope of responsibilities as well as for repair and modernization measures
create reports within the FM area of responsibility such as energy consumption, material management, and cost tracking
maintain inventory and operational documentation
monitor external personnel of the service provider deployed in the properties
ensure delegated duties from operator responsibility are properly fulfilled through quality checks

Anforderungen:

Experience with technical and infrastructural facility management services of a retail property
experience in dealing with suppliers
completed technical or commercial training
additional qualification or first experience in facility management
organized and independent work style
openness to new solutions
good analytical skills
knowledge of MS Office 365
ideally knowledge of common IT tools in facility management
