Jobbeschreibung:

Facility Management Specialist position at IKEA supporting the management of all facility management aspects in retail properties, ensuring proper property management throughout the lifecycle including safety, compliance, maintenance and optimization.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support facility management in steering and managing all FM aspects in one or more IKEA units
Ensure proper management of each property throughout its lifecycle including safety, compliance with laws and regulations, maintenance and optimization
Plan, organize and coordinate agreed facility services of the overall service provider throughout the property
Project management for FM-related services within area of responsibility as well as for repair and modernization measures
Create reports within FM area of responsibility such as energy consumption, material management and cost tracking
Maintain inventory and operational documentation
Monitor external personnel of service providers deployed in the properties
Quality checks to ensure delegated duties from operator responsibility are properly fulfilled
Act as first point of contact for management in all facility management matters when representing the responsible Unit FM Manager

Anforderungen:

Experience with technical and infrastructural facility management services for retail properties
Experience in dealing with suppliers
Completed technical or commercial training
Additional qualification or first experience in facility management
Knowledge of project management (planning, execution, control, and completion)
Organized and independent work approach
Openness to new solutions with focus on sustainability
Good analytical skills
Knowledge of common IT tools in facility management
