Facility Management Specialist

• Support the Facility Management team in managing all FM aspects for one or more IKEA units to sustainably enhance the value and efficiency of each property
• Ensure that properties are properly managed throughout their lifecycle, including safety, legal compliance, maintenance, and optimization
• Plan, organize, and coordinate the agreed Facility Services of the overall service provider for the entire property
• Support FM-related project management within the scope of assigned responsibilities as well as maintenance and modernization measures
• Prepare reports related to FM, such as energy consumption, waste management, and cost tracking
• Monitor and supervise external personnel from the service providers within properties and ensure delegated operator responsibilities are properly fulfilled through quality checks

• Experience with technical and infrastructural Facility Management services of a retail property as well as with suppliers
• Completed technical or commercial training and additional qualification or initial experience in Facility Management, entry-level candidates welcome
• Organized and independent working style, openness to new solutions with a focus on sustainability
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of MS Office 365, ideally other common IT tools in Facility Management
