Jobbeschreibung:

The role involves managing technical and infrastructural facility management services for IKEA properties, ensuring efficient and sustainable operation while adhering to compliance and safety standards. The position supports FM administration, project management, reporting, and supplier coordination.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support the facility management in managing all FM aspects of one or more IKEA units sustainably
ensure property compliance and efficient management throughout its lifecycle including safety, legal compliance, maintenance, and optimization
plan, organize, and coordinate agreed facility services for the entire property
handle project management for FM-related services as well as repairs and modernization efforts
create reports on FM-related topics such as energy consumption, waste management, and cost tracking
supervise external service provider personnel to ensure timely fulfillment of delegated responsibilities
act as the first point of contact in FM matters for management when representing the unit FM manager

Anforderungen:

Experience with technical and infrastructural facility management services for retail properties and suppliers
a completed technical or commercial education and additional qualification or entry-level experience in facility management
knowledge in project management from planning and execution to control and completion
organized and independent working style with openness to sustainable solutions
good analytical skills and familiarity with common IT tools in facility management
