Jobbeschreibung:

Join DB Vertrieb GmbH as a Specialist in Technical Application Management and Testing for billing procedures in passenger transport. As part of the operational management team, you will ensure the efficiency of business partner billing systems, coordinate tests, manage releases, and oversee projects for system advancement in Kassel.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Ensure proper execution of operational processes in electronic business partner billing procedures in passenger transport
ensure timely release implementation in billing procedures
perform task management in operational processes such as requirements, release, problem, and incident management
conduct tests including test design, preparation, error analysis, and documentation
coordinate comprehensive tests across interlinked procedures
manage internal IT service provider
take on partial project responsibilities for billing process and system development.

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration with a focus on IT
alternatively, completed training in Information Technology with proven economic knowledge
business knowledge and an affinity for IT applications
very good knowledge of MS Office Suite
basic understanding of databases and proficiency in SQL
foundational knowledge of software testing
ability to effectively and efficiently perform quality assurance tasks
teamwork skills and ability to quickly integrate into existing teams
desirable: experience in project work using conventional or agile project methods and familiarity with project management software like JIRA and/or Confluence.
