Fachkraft Oberbau

• Proper execution of maintenance work (inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair) of infrastructure facilities in the track/superstructure trade
• Observing assigned budgets, central guidelines and planning
• Ensuring quality resource management
• Participating in the technical leadership of the team
• Qualifying employees and supervising trainees
• Ensuring infrastructure facilities are available as required for safe, punctual and economical operations
• Safety planning and monitoring
• Monitoring quality assurance of maintenance measures, accident prevention and environmental protection
• Administration and repair
• Execution of inspection orders and deadline monitoring for equipment, tools, measuring and testing equipment, fire extinguishers, fall protection and ladders

• Successful completion of vocational training as a Tiefbaufacharbeiter/Gleisbauer
• Qualification as IHK-Meister Gleisbau or Fachkraft Oberbau
• Several years of professional experience as a Meister in track construction
• Willingness to take responsibility

• Participation in on-call emergency service
• Class B driver's license
