3-year apprenticeship as a Fachkraft im Fahrbetrieb (w/m/d) for Busverkehr Oder-Spree GmbH in Fürstenwalde/Spree. The vocational school is located in Berlin. After training, the primary role is in the control center, focusing on the dispatch of personnel and vehicles.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learning to drive buses and acquiring a Class D driver's license
Understanding the technology of various bus models
Performing bus maintenance, identifying and fixing faults
Customer consultation on transport connections and tariffs
Implementing advertising measures
Familiarizing with the planning and control of vehicle and personnel deployment

Anforderungen:

School completion with recognized diploma in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
Ability to remain calm in difficult situations
Service and safety orientation
Flexibility and reliability
Possession of a Class B driver's license and being at least 17 years old is advantageous
