Jobbeschreibung:

This is a 3-year training program starting on September 1, 2026, to become a logistics specialist (Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik) with DB Fernverkehr AG in Dortmund. The school-based part of the program will also take place in Dortmund. The role involves learning logistics processes, managing inventories, and utilizing transportation methods and warehousing systems.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learning the basics of logistics processes
Ensuring goods of various types are received, stored, and dispatched
Controlling inventories, recording goods in inventory systems, and assembling them for onward transport
Learning to operate different means of transport and computer-controlled warehouse management programs

Anforderungen:

You have successfully finished school (or will soon) and your school degree is recognized in Germany
Your German language skills are at least B2 level
Diligence and sense of responsibility characterize you
You enjoy working in a team and are ready to pitch in
Varied working hours are a welcome change for you
