Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of power supply systems for the S-Bahn in Hamburg, as well as conducting measurements and evaluations. The role also includes participation in condition checks, investigations, and the creation of technical documentation. The position requires a successfully completed electrical engineering vocational training or comparable qualification, professional experience in the field, and various personal and technical skills.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

performing time-, condition-, and law-related maintenance and repairs as well as troubleshooting assigned systems
conducting measurements and evaluations based on own findings and experience
participating in condition checks of assigned systems, investigations of disturbances and irregularities, and creation of inventory plans and technical documentation
contributing to the implementation of occupational, fire, and environmental protection measures, project construction supervision, and partial acceptance during commissioning
ensuring the operational safety and demand-oriented availability of all assigned rectifier stations, coupling and switching stations, disconnector stations, and 50Hz supply systems as well as secondary technical systems according to applicable laws, guidelines, and regulations
participating in on-call duty

Anforderungen:

successfully completed electrical engineering vocational training or comparable qualification
professional experience in the field of S-Bahn power supply systems in the Hamburg district
knowledge of secondary technical systems in control and remote control technology in the area of S-Bahn power supply is desirable
interest in advancing and further developing the maintenance process of power supply systems at the Hamburg location
confident demeanor, teamwork, initiative, independence, sense of responsibility, and high communication skills
ideally, qualification as an electrical specialist according to DIN/VDE 1000 with switching authorization for the assigned systems and the necessary operational fitness
language level B2 or willingness to take a four-month intensive German language course to reach level B2 if current level is B1
valid class B driver's license and willingness to acquire additional required qualifications

knowledge of secondary technical systems in control and remote control technology in the area of S-Bahn power supply
qualification as an electrical specialist according to DIN/VDE 1000 with switching authorization for the assigned systems
