Jobbeschreibung:

Serve as a central figure driving innovation in railway operational qualifications, ensuring compliance, optimizing training formats, and collaboratively developing processes and materials for sustainable education success.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Serve as a central interface between railway operation management, trainers, subject matter experts, and coordinators to develop, steer, and ensure quality of all qualification measures in railway operations, adhering to legal and internal guidelines
Develop practical, digital, and innovative qualification concepts and ensure their sustainable implementation through close collaboration with relevant departments
Continuously optimize existing training formats and adapt training materials such as module descriptions, training regulations, or examination content to changing operational requirements and regulatory changes
Nationwide visits to trainers and subject matter experts for competence assessment and implementation of competency development measures
Provide professional management of trainers and subject matter experts, organize competence assessments, conduct learning success reviews, and ensure quality of training measures, both in-person and via simulator
Ensure knowledge transfer between the training organization and railway operation management and coordinate experience exchange among stakeholders
Organize and accompany internal and external training sessions, specialist conferences, and stakeholder meetings
Manage and design content for practice stations and simulators, including maintenance, driving situation planning, and coordination with trainers and examiners
Actively contribute to the development of the qualification center via strategic projects, FIT program conception, and advisory support for railway operation management, while standardizing processes and structures for seamless educational workflows

Anforderungen:

Technical university degree (Bachelor) or railway operational training with additional qualifications as a trainer and examiner, or comparable technical background
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office and ideally relevant corporate systems
Entrepreneurial thinking and independent action with goal-oriented and strong implementation capabilities
Strong communication skills and confident demeanor, particularly in exchanges with various departments, stakeholders, and educational providers
Independent and structured working style with result-oriented approach and resilience in dynamic project settings
Team player with high social competence and ability to explain complex content in a clear and pragmatic manner
Analytical thinking and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable measures
Willingness to travel nationwide
