Jobbeschreibung:

This role involves performing inspections and maintenance for overhead line systems ensuring safe and efficient railway operations. Candidates will work outdoors, use modern tools, and undergo internal qualification programs.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Inspection and maintenance of components of the overhead line system and remote control systems for overhead line mast switches
Reliable execution of tasks with the team according to current regulations, mainly outdoors
Troubleshooting and repair of components in the overhead line system using modern rail vehicles, devices, and measuring instruments
Work begins and ends at a central base where materials and vehicles are provided
Completion of internal qualification program for electrical safety, track mechanic, or team leader

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed technical training in the industrial-technical field (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic or comparable qualifications)
Commitment and willingness to learn for internal training program
Willingness to work shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) and participate in on-call duty
Physical fitness and readiness for working outdoors and at heights
Valid Class B driver’s license
