Jobbeschreibung:

The position involves inspecting and maintaining components of the overhead line system and remote control systems for overhead mast switches, troubleshooting and resolving issues using modern equipment, working primarily outdoors in a team setting according to current regulations, and participating in qualification programs for relevant professional roles. Verantwortlichkeiten:

Inspection and maintenance of overhead line system components and remote control system for overhead mast switches to ensure safe, punctual, and efficient operation
Performing tasks outdoors with the team following rules and regulations
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to overhead line system components using modern rail vehicles, tools, and measuring instruments
Managing work from a central location equipped with necessary materials and vehicles
Participating in internal qualification programs including regular trainings for professional roles related to the position

Anforderungen:

Successful education in a technical area, e.g., electronic technician, mechatronics technician, or industrial mechanic, or equivalent qualification
Willingness to engage and learn during internal qualification process
Willingness to work in shifts (night, weekend, holiday) and to be on-call
Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Health suitability confirmed through occupational health examination
Good German language skills (at least B2 level)
Valid Class B driver’s license
