• constant maintenance of our rail network and track systems
• independently and purposefully carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work on rails, sleepers, track bed, and vegetation work
• ensuring the safety of team colleagues and the desired results of a work order
• participating in internal qualification program and regular training

• successfully completed apprenticeship as a bricklayer, metalworker, carpenter, skilled worker in civil engineering, steel construction, concrete construction or in a comparable profession
• ambition and suitability for acquiring further qualifications in the track construction trade
• willingness to work shifts (night, weekend, and holiday work) and to work outdoors
• enjoyment of physically demanding activities and teamwork
• proactive attitude, goal-oriented work, and achieving desired results
• valid class B driver's license is desirable
