• perform skilled work in track construction in the area of superstructure maintenance or in the investment area of creation on nationwide construction sites
• apply relevant techniques in track construction (mounting and laying rails and sleepers)
• operate essential small machines, devices, and tools
• independently perform higher-level measurement work

• successfully completed apprenticeship as a track builder or comparable technical training
• long-term experience in track construction
• additional qualification in measurement technology (computer-aided switch inspection) preferred
• willingness to work shifts (night, weekend, and holiday work)
• valid class B driver's license
