In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle agierst du als Trusted Advisor (m/w/d) auf Augenhöhe mit unseren Kunden. Du bist Expert*in in zentralen Controlling & Finance Aufgabenfelder, wie Planung und Budgetierung, Management-Reporting oder Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung oder Performance-Management. Dabei übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Themenportfolios und Konzeption innovativer, kundenzentrierter Beratungsangebote.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Act as trusted advisor at eye level with customers
Expert in central controlling & finance task areas such as planning and budgeting, management reporting or cost and performance accounting or performance management
Take responsibility for further development of our topic portfolio and conception of innovative, customer-centered consulting offers
Preparation and implementation of pitch and customer meetings
Participate in acquisition of new and maintenance of existing customer relationships
Lead consulting projects with budget management and controlling for the public sector
Independent planning and control of the responsible project environment and project team, including budget controlling and forecasting
Act as main contact person for our customers and your project team

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed degree in business administration, organizational development, social sciences or comparable field
At least five years of experience in CFO advisory in public sector, healthcare or IT service providers
Relevant experience in designing and implementing planning and control concepts (financial and impact-oriented)
Experience in redesigning controlling processes and business models
Experience in building agile controlling structures
Comprehensive knowledge in creating and optimizing key figure systems and data models
Solid experience in data analysis and use of analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, SAP SAC)
Comprehensive knowledge for targeted AI use in controlling
Proven track record and relevant project experience with public sector clients at federal or state level, with social security agencies or IT service providers
Solid experience in project management and steering project teams
Sensitivity for customer needs and identification of new solution approaches with convincing solution competence
Very good German and English language skills (min. C1 level)
