Job Description Summary: Conception and execution of the full spectrum of recruiting activities for talent, from research and sourcing to interview and offer, as well as all operational and administrative tasks associated with it. Affects the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of goals. Work is subject to functional policy objectives. Responsible for regularly advising management in the specialist department and/or business. Has a supporting role in decision-making on important topics. A high degree of evaluative judgment is required to achieve the desired results. Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities: Persons responsible for sourcing, evaluating and selecting talent at all levels. This includes those who manage sourcing and recruitment teams in a shared service center, as well as those in companies that lead the broad spectrum of talent recruitment work for that company. For use in corporate and shared service teams. Requires a special depth and/or breadth of expertise within one's own discipline. May require strong economic awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy in one's own area, including resource control, and policy formulation. Evaluates simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed about industry trends that may affect the work. Uses a high degree of judgment to make decisions and solve complex tasks or problems that affect the function. Has the ability to judge the quality of information provided and ask relevant questions to stakeholders. Can offer new solutions to problems outside established parameters, and is able to create and make recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside own function to make a decision. Can lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk and/or moderate complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and can influence others' options on specific topics. Can guide others to adopt a different point of view.
