• Occupational therapy treatments motor functional, cognitive, individual and group therapies in the geriatrics department (orthopedics, neurology, internal medicine)
• Conducting occupational therapy assessments
• Daily documentation of therapy progress including PC documentation
• Advice on and provision of aids
• Family counseling and, if necessary, family training
• Active participation in weekly interdisciplinary meetings
• Close coordination with members of the multiprofessional team about the treatment methods used individually with patients

• Successfully completed training as an occupational therapist or comparable qualification
• Ideally have initial professional experience
• Knowledge of occupational therapy concepts and treatment methods, both functional and everyday-oriented
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Interest in supervising and guiding trainees
• Engaged and open-minded personality with teamwork skills, initiative, enthusiasm and enjoyment of working with people
