The Asklepios Service Hotellerie GmbH is looking for a receptionist for their location in Lindau as a mini-job/marginal employment. The tasks include reception duties, cash operations, monitoring systems, administrative tasks, and being the central contact person for employees, patients, and visitors.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Reception tasks such as answering the phone, mediation, and providing information
Responsible for cash operations and admission and discharge of patients
Monitoring the fire alarm system and camera system
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Supporting accounting and controlling the patient guidance system
General administrative office tasks
Central contact person for employees, patients, and visitors

Anforderungen:

Experience in the hospitality or practice area is ideal but not required
Proficiency in MS Office programs
Friendly demeanor and customer-oriented communication
Helpful, friendly, and team-oriented
Ability to remain calm and maintain overview in stressful situations
Very good German language skills in word and writing
Basic knowledge of English is an advantage
Openness to various working time models and flexible deployment
Willingness to work occasional weekends or holidays
