As an Elektroniker:in für Betriebstechnik, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of railway traffic. Your work ensures that trains run and passengers reach their destinations safely and quickly. The 3.5-year apprenticeship includes vocational school and training workshop in Leipzig.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Knowledge of measurement, testing, and diagnostic procedures and their documentation
Ensuring technical systems are always operational
Regular inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems
Ensuring the smooth operation of plants converting normal electricity frequency to railway electricity frequency

Anforderungen:

School completion with a recognized diploma in Germany
German language proficiency at least B2 level
Interest in mathematics and physics
Handy and enjoy working with electronic components
Team player
