Dual study program combining theory and practice in business administration with focus on retail. The program lasts three years starting September 1, 2026, alternating between 12-week theory phases at university and 12-week practical phases at IKEA. After successful completion, graduates can start directly as managers at IKEA.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Learn how an IKEA furniture store works from A to Z across departments
Learn how to successfully lead a sales department considering all logistical and sales aspects
Analyze numbers and derive measures from them
Learn how to successfully lead and motivate a team
Learn how to achieve your goals in a solution-oriented, well-organized and cost-conscious manner
