The role involves managing technical documentation systems to support the entire product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with configuration requirements and industry standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to create quality and user-oriented technical documents.

  • close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure consistent technical documentation

  • administration and use of PLM-relevant platforms to support technical review processes

Anforderungen

  • completed studies or training in information technology, electrical engineering or comparable qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience
  • extensive experience in technical documentation, ideally in the aviation, defense or infrastructure sectors
  • very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • ability to describe complex technical content comprehensibly
  • fluent German and very good English skills

Wünschenswert

  • experience with document management systems like SharePoint or ThinkProject
  • knowledge of ASD specification S1000D or similar standards
  • enthusiasm for editorial processes and new technologies
  • experience with technical review processes and collaboration platforms
  • willingness to travel within Germany
