Document Manager position at CIMPA GmbH (Sopra Steria Group) focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) services for aerospace, automotive, transport, defense and energy industries. The role involves document management in PLM environment, technical documentation, change and configuration management, and working with international teams.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Dokumentenmanagement im PLM-Umfeld: Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentationssystemen zur Unterstützung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Technische Dokumentation: Erstellung und Aktualisierung von nutzerorientierten technischen Dokumenten (z.B. Manuals, User Guides, FAQs)
  • Änderungs-und Konfigurationsmanagement: Integration technischer Änderungen in die Dokumentation unter Berücksichtigung von Konfigurationsvorgaben und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholder zur Sicherstellung konsistenter und verständlicher Dokumentation technischer Inhalte
  • Qualitätssicherung und Standardisierung: Strukturierung, Bebilderung und Qualitätssicherung der Dokumentation gemäß branchenspezifischen Normen und Kundenanforderungen
  • Kollaborationsplattformen und Tools: Administration und Nutzung von PLM-relevanten Plattformen zur Dokumentenlenkung und Unterstützung technischer Reviewprozessen

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung der Informationstechnik bzw. Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der technischen Dokumentation, idealerweise in der Luftfahrt-, Verteidigungs- oder Infrastrukturbranche
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Inhalte verständlich und didaktisch korrekt zu beschreiben
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands

Wünschenswert:

  • Erfahrung mit Dokumentenmanagementsystemen wie SharePoint oder ThinkProject
  • Erfahrung mit technischen Reviewprozessen und Kollaborationsplattformen
  • Kenntnisse in der Anwendung der ASD-Spezifikation S1000D oder ähnlicher Standards
