The DB Fahrwegdienste GmbH is a specialist in vegetation maintenance along the entire rail network of Deutsche Bahn. They secure 100,000 track construction sites of all kinds annually with state-of-the-art technology and support railway projects with the transport of materials. Nationwide, seven branches with 36 regional service areas control the maintenance of around 60,000 track kilometers.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

plan the optimal deployment of employees and steer resources such as vehicles and materials for construction site protection in a timely and economical manner
focus on the comprehensive planning of the requested services and cooperation with subcontractors
initiate dispositive individual measures in case of short-term changes in planning and disruptions
coordinate winter deployment planning
work closely with the team's dispatchers and communicate with subcontractors

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training with relevant professional experience, e.g., as a clerk for office management or as an industrial clerk
sound knowledge of the Working Hours Act or willingness to acquire it
good knowledge of MS Office
reliable, committed, and independent way of working
strong communication skills
willingness to work in shift work from November to March and on weekends
