• Planning optimal personnel and resource deployment in construction activities/track construction activities
• Ensuring work orders are transferred to operational employees with all necessary requirements
• Cooperation with other units and involvement of other specialist areas and third parties in dispatch
• Monitoring employee qualifications and technical repeat examinations
• Controlling daily construction reports
• Administrative tasks related to dispatch within the department
• Documentation of data
• Taking on special tasks as directed by management

• Successful completed vocational training in technical or commercial field (e.g., as Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung)
• Experience in a dispatching function or willingness to acquire necessary knowledge and qualifications
• Confident handling of standard and application-specific software (e.g., MS Office)
