Jobbeschreibung:

The 3-year training program to become a Disponent:in / Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (w/m/d) at S-Bahn München includes familiarization with railway operations, customer service, and handling disruptions. The training also covers marketing, project management, and ensuring minimal impact of operational deviations.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Familiarization with railway operations and the key role as a dispatcher
Knowledge of travel offers, service and safety services, line networks, transport contracts, and contract penalties
Basics of customer advice and care, marketing, and project management
Handling disruptions in operations and initiating appropriate countermeasures
Ensuring minimal impact of deviations in operations and safe, timely arrival of customers even in case of disruptions

Anforderungen:

School completion with at least a secondary school diploma recognized in Germany
German language skills at least at B2 level
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
