Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves ensuring the smooth operation of regional bus traffic, including dispatching drivers and vehicles, handling disruptions, and maintaining passenger satisfaction. The role requires vocational training in logistics or railway operations, experience in dispatching, and strong communication skills.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

monitoring, controlling, and coordinating the smooth operation of regional traffic
dispatching drivers and vehicles while considering applicable regulations
ensuring punctual bus service and passenger satisfaction
quickly arranging suitable replacement measures in case of personnel absences or technical disruptions
documenting disruptions and informing customers and colleagues about changes in operations

Anforderungen:

successfully completed vocational training with a logistical or railway operations orientation (e.g., freight forwarding merchant, merchant for forwarding and logistics services, or railway worker in operational service)
ideally, knowledge in bus operations and experience in dispatching
ability to remain calm and concentrated in work-intensive situations
sensitivity in dealing with team and other contacts
ability to convince with well-founded arguments
secure handling of MS Office
German language skills at least at level B2 in speaking and writing
