The job involves optimal resource planning, economic and timely disposition of work orders and maintenance teams, employee-related and daily planning on a weekly basis, efficient use of available resources, daily dispatching of the assigned team, monitoring of work execution, annual capacity planning, vacation and qualification planning, monthly planning, order controlling, key figure reporting, and weekly coordination with district managers, team leaders and the head of fine planning.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

optimal resource planning
economic and timely disposition of work orders and maintenance teams
employee-related and daily planning on a weekly basis
efficient use of available resources (personnel, vehicles, etc.)
daily dispatching of the assigned team
monitoring of work execution via completion reports
annual capacity planning
vacation and qualification planning
monthly planning considering employee absences, labor laws, collective agreements and tariff agreements
order controlling
key figure reporting
weekly coordination with district managers, team leaders and the head of fine planning

Anforderungen:

successfully completed training as a state-certified technician, IHK master or a comparable qualification
extensive professional experience
practical experience in the field of dispatching
structured and able to keep an overview even in stressful situations
experience with IT tools (e.g. MS Office, SAP)
analytical and solution-oriented approach to work combined with high commitment, reliability, communication skills and teamwork
pronounced technical understanding
willingness to drive change
