As a Discover Trainee for 18-24 months, you will discover various facets and areas of Vodafone. With your home base in Customer Operations, you will shape the digital service of the future for our customers. You will experience how new services are implemented for our customers, how teams in software development work together, and how technological innovations contribute to the further development of our business model.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Plan your own approximately 3-month rotations
Discover technical innovations around AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, and data science
Develop data-driven solutions for the business
Work closely with different business areas to understand requirements and develop data-based use cases
Coordinate relevant interfaces and drive implementation with teams
Learn how to manage data products throughout their lifecycle
Participate in various trainings and workshops
Be part of the trainee community and build a strong network
Help drive digitalization and process optimization

Anforderungen

Master's degree completed (alternatively Bachelor's with 2 years of professional experience)
First practical and ideally international experience
German and English at negotiation level (C1 according to GER)
Strong communicative and analytical skills
Innovation drive, curiosity, and initiative
Enthusiasm for the telecommunications business, technical contexts, and strategies
Passion for applications, tools & technologies
Pronounced knowledge in Python, Spark, SQL & Co.
