Jobbeschreibung:

Digital Consulting Connectivity position at DB Systemtechnik GmbH focusing on digital products and services in the connectivity field including mobile communications, WLAN, 5G networks, FRMCS, and satellite communication for the rail sector.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Processing and leading highly complex and cross-disciplinary assignments and projects in the 'Digital Products and Services' department
Technical project and product responsibility for specific Connectivity topics (mobile communications, WLAN, coverage, 5G networks, FRMCS, satellite communication, etc.)
Independent management of internal and external customer projects
Ensuring implementation 'in time, in cost & in quality'
Monitoring customer qualitative and quantitative requirements
Ensuring projects are processed according to resource plans
Responsibility for technical accuracy of results, statements, and reports
Developing new digital products and services in Connectivity
Pitching products in internal competitions for digitalization budget
Achieving planned revenue and contribution margin
Developing and proactively implementing innovation strategy
Expanding knowledge in the field

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Engineering Sciences, or Telecommunications
Several years of professional experience, especially in telecommunications and project management
Interest in digitalization and bringing new strategic ideas and impulses for the Connectivity field in the rail sector
Experience in creating sales strategies and project acquisition
Knowledge of business case creation and evaluation
Communication skills, customer orientation, and solution-oriented work approach
Enjoy working in and with a team
High reliability and initiative
Independent and proactive work approach
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Very good German and good English language skills
