Jobbeschreibung:

We are looking for a Digital Analyst / Web Analyst (m/f/d) (fixed-term until 31.12.2027) for DB Fernverkehr AG at the Frankfurt am Main location.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

conducting analyses of the performance of digital customer frontends (websites, apps) of DB Fernverkehr AG
identifying optimization potential and deriving recommendations for action
creating reports/dashboards
processing analysis requests
supporting stakeholders from product management and marketing in interpreting key figures
administering and configuring the web analytics tool used
creating analysis and tracking concepts as well as necessary documentation for the implementation of the analysis software
carrying out measures to ensure high data quality

Anforderungen:

successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, economics, mathematics, statistics or equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience
experience in analyzing websites and apps
knowledge of web analytics tools, e.g. Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics
basic knowledge of current standards and frameworks for frontend development for websites and apps (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript) as well as common web technologies (browsers, operating systems, etc.)
self-organized way of working
team and goal orientation
analytical skills in a complex process environment
high level of initiative
sensitivity for dependencies and necessities in changing organizations
German language skills at native level
