Verantwortlichkeiten:

Entwicklung, Betrieb und Verbesserung der CI/CD-Pipelines für Robotik-Software und angrenzende Plattformen
Automatisierung von Build-, Test- und Release-Prozessen für die AMR-Software - von der Entwicklungsumgebung bis zum Deployment auf reale Roboter
Verantwortung für stabile Entwickler-Workflows für die Teams, z. B. für lokale Setups, Build-Umgebungen, Toolchains und automatisierte Testabläufe
Unterstützung von Remote Updates, Self-Tests sowie Rollout- und Recovery-Prozessen für die Roboterflotte
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Softwareentwicklung, Robotik und Test, um Qualität, Release-Geschwindigkeit und Nachvollziehbarkeit zu erhöhen
Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Linux-basierten Infrastruktur, Entwicklungs- und Integrationsumgebungen
Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit der Systeme - von Zugängen und Artefakten bis zu Deployment - und Update-Prozessen
Strukturierung komplexer technischer Abläufe und Hilfe beim skalierbaren Aufbau der Robotik-Plattform

Anforderungen:

Fundierte Erfahrung in DevOps, Platform Engineering oder Linux-basierten Entwicklungs- und Deployment-Umgebungen
Praktische Erfahrung mit CI/CD, Automatisierung, Versionsverwaltung und reproduzierbaren Build-Prozessen
Kenntnisse mit containerisierten Umgebungen, idealerweise mit Docker sowie Build- und Tooling-Setups für Softwareprodukte
Nutzung fortschrittlicher KI-Tools und -Agenten
Erfahrung an technisch anspruchsvollen Software- oder Robotiksystemen - idealerweise im Umfeld von AMRs, mobilen Robotern oder industriellen Systemen
Berührungspunkte mit ROS/ROS 2 oder starkes Interesse, sich schnell in robotikspezifische Entwicklungsprozesse einzuarbeiten
Verständnis der Besonderheiten von Software, die auf realer Hardware im Feld laufen muss
Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Lust, Dinge pragmatisch umzusetzen
Hands-on-Mentalität, agiles Mindset sowie Freude an Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
Bereitschaft, überwiegend vor Ort in Regenstauf zu arbeiten
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jeweils min. C1)
