Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Beantwortung telefonischer Kundenanfragen von Bestands- und Neukunden
  • vertriebsorientierte Kundenberatung zu Produkten, Tarifen und Preisen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Verträgen z.B. bei Tarifumstellungen, Vertragsoptimierungen und der Vermarktung neuer Produkte
  • durch dein professionelles Auftreten sicherst du die Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Nachbereitung der Gespräche und Pflege der Kundenstammdaten

Anforderungen:

  • kunden- und vertriebsorientierte Denkweise
  • sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office) sind keine Herausforderung für dich
  • selbstständiges sowie gewissenhaftes Arbeiten
  • Andere zu beraten ist deine Stärke
  • ob Früh-, Spätschicht oder Wochenende – du bist flexibel einsetzbar
