Avedo is currently looking for a Customer Support - fluent Dutch (m/f/d) , a fashion online shop, for our office in Plovdiv.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

written and verbal communication with customers
handling customer enquiries
ensuring customer satisfaction and providing high-level customer service
providing information on contractual terms, invoices and cancellation terms
identifying customer requirements and presenting the relevant product range
working closely together with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction

Anforderungen:

high level of Dutch (C1 written and spoken)
high level of English (written and spoken)
good working knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS Office)
experience in sales or customer service is preferred
confidence and professionalism on the phone
target driven personality, friendly and communicative
