Du bist Teil des Teams, das die Verantwortung für die Themen Training & Qualität im Customer Service trägt. Gemeinsam arbeitet ihr daran, Wissen zu vermitteln, Standards zu sichern und unseren Service kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Planen, entwickeln und durchführen zielgerichteter Trainings, Schulungen und Einarbeitungen für Teams an Land und an Bord
  • Analysieren von Qualitätskennzahlen und Feedbacks aus dem Kundenservice, Ableitung gezielter Maßnahmen und Begleitung deren Umsetzung
  • Sicherstellen, dass alle Prozesse, Informationen und Standards in der Wissensdatenbank dokumentiert, aktuell und praxisnah sind
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen, Begleitung von Prozessoptimierungen und Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Trainings- und Qualitätsmethoden
  • Begleitung fachübergreifender Projekte zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Customer Service

Anforderungen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im touristischen Bereich – idealerweise mit Bezug zur Kreuzfahrt oder zum Customer Service
  • Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position ist ein Plus
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Training, Schulung oder Wissensvermittlung ist wünschenswert
  • Kann komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell erfassen, Prozesse hinterfragen und praxisnahe Lösungen entwickeln
  • Analytischer Blick für Qualität, um Optimierungspotenziale zu erkennen und gezielte Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Trainings- und Serviceprozessen umzusetzen
  • Arbeitet sicher mit digitalen Tools und bereitet Inhalte für Wissensdatenbank oder Schulungen verständlich und ansprechend auf
  • Kommuniziert klar, empathisch und überzeugend – in Schulungen, Projekten und im Austausch mit Kolleg:innen
  • Arbeitet eigenverantwortlich, organisiert und qualitätsbewusst und bringt eigene Ideen aktiv ein
  • Teamgeist ist wichtig
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen Buchungssystemen (z. B. DaVinci oder START Amadeus)
  • Gute MS-Office- und Englischkenntnisse

  • Be the main point of contact for DM customers and respond to their inquiries by providing timely and accurate responses via various communication channels (email, phone, instant message, appointments, etc.)
  • Identify and resolve customer issues or concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our software and provide informative support and tailored recommendations to customers
  • Maintain accurate customer interactions records, steps taken to solve issues and databases up to date in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Share customer feedback and insights with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, R&D, etc.) to contribute to the overall success and integration for DM customers, as well as contribute to product, sales processes, or DM roadmap improvements
  • Customize new office accounts once the sale has been completed
  • Drive a seamless customer experience that creates positive sentiment for our brand, improving overall customer satisfaction
  • Perform metric analysis, user activities reports, monitor usage and engagement indicators to identify and analyze training and development needs
  • Maintain excellent communication and service quality with customers to foster long-term engagement
