Willkommen beim Customer Service Team! Wir sind verantwortlich für die Steuerung unserer externen Service Center und bieten die bestmögliche Kundenbetreuung und -zufriedenheit. Als Customer Service Specialist (m/w/d) unterstützt du das operative Tagesgeschäft in der schriftlichen Ticketbearbeitung. Du bist verantwortlich für Eskalationsfälle und unterstützt unsere Agenten bei fachlichen Rückfragen.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und Beschwerden per E-Mail
  • Übernahme von zusätzlichen Aufgaben, die das operative Geschäft in unseren Call Centern unterstützen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Prozess- und Workflow Optimierung
  • Unterstützung des Qualitätsteams zur Qualitätssicherung
  • Unterstützung in der Dokumentation von Workflows in Deutsch und Englisch

Anforderungen:

  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice, idealerweise im Callcenter Umfeld
  • Erste Erfahrung mit dem Google Workspace, Jira und Zendesk von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Serviceorientierung
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Proaktivität und hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Hands-On Mentalität sowie Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
