The Customer Service & Guest Relation Manager is responsible for being the central contact for guest relation inquiries, supporting the team with goodwill decisions, conducting quality controls, and optimizing internal processes. The role involves accompanying guests and VIP customers from booking to travel start, handling guest feedback, and supporting sales partners. The position requires several years of experience in tourism, ideally with cruises, and proficiency in MS Office and English.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Being the central contact for guest relation inquiries
Supporting the team with goodwill decisions
Conducting quality controls and optimizing internal processes
Acting as an interface between the team and leadership
Accompanying guests and VIP customers from booking to travel start
Handling guest feedback and goodwill requests
Supporting sales partners as needed
Participating in cross-departmental projects

Anforderungen:

Several years of experience in tourism, ideally with cruises
Teamwork and active participation
Clear, appreciative, and solution-oriented communication
Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under stress
Discretion and confidentiality
Structured work approach
Familiarity with booking systems like DaVinci or START Amadeus
Proficiency in MS Office and English
