Wir suchen Dich als "Social Wizard" im FUNKE Food Cosmos, zunächst für 2 Jahre befristet als Creative Content Producer (m/w/d).

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Konzipieren, Produzieren und Verantworten datengetriebener Food Content Formate für Social-Media-Kanäle (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)
Entwickeln skalierbaren Contents, einer konsistenten "Brand Voice", Veröffentlichungsrhythmen und Performance-Ziele
Übernahme der End-to-End-Verantwortung: Konzept, Dreh, Schnitt, Plattform-Optimierung, Analyse
Arbeit mit KPIs, Insights und A/B-Learnings und Ableitung von Optimierungen für Reichweite, Watchtime und Engagement
Beobachten internationaler Social-Video-Trends und strategische Übersetzung in markenkonforme Food-Formate
Crossfunktionale Projektsteuerung mit Redaktionen & Social Media Abteilungen
Zusammenbringen von Human-Interest-Storytelling, visueller Dramaturgie, Trends und Plattformmechaniken

Anforderungen:

Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher / auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (schriftlich & mündlich)
Mehrjährige, nachweisbare Erfahrung in der professionellen Content Creation oder im Social-Media-Bereich
Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Social-Video-Formaten für Unternehmen oder Marken, inklusive KPIs, Reichweite und Learnings
Sichere und routinierte Arbeit mit professionellen Video-Workflows (z. B. Capcut Pro, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve) inkl. Farbkorrektur, Ton, Untertitel & Plattform-Specs
Erfahrung mit Projekt- und Kollaborationstools (z. B. Jira, Trello, Frame.io) und strukturierte Arbeit in Redaktionsprozessen
Verständnis von Plattform-Algorithmen, Trend-Zyklen und Community-Management und aktive Anwendung dieses Wissens
Idealerweise Erfahrung aus Medien-, Agentur- oder Publisher-Umfeldern
Sicheres Auftreten vor der Kamera
