Controls Technician

• Assist in all aspects of electrical maintenance, installation, testing, and improvements & modifications of production and support equipment
• Assist in leading the electrical maintenance group to maximize production capabilities through minimizing downtime.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering or similar field of study OR equivalent experience
• Ability to teach others both in person and via tele-conference
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High level of competency in the use/understanding of Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens PLCs and communication protocols
• knowledge of visualization (ex. Wonderware, PanelView, etc.)

Preferred candidates have experience in wood panel processing.
