Verantwortlichkeiten:

Analyzing, preparing, and interpreting complex procurement data to identify potentials, supplier risks, and optimization opportunities
Creating meaningful reports and dashboards to support strategic procurement decisions
Developing and maintaining KPIs to measure supplier, commodity group, and procurement process performance
Collaborating closely with the strategic procurement team and other departments to formulate data-based recommendations
Contributing to the development of analysis tools and processes, especially in the area of digitization and automation
Supporting tenders, negotiations, and ad-hoc inquiries with thorough data analysis and professional information presentation

Anforderungen:

Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain Management oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
Erfahrung im Controlling, in der Datenanalyse oder im strategischen Einkauf, idealerweise mit starkem Fokus auf Reporting und regulatorische Anforderungen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel (Pivot, Power Query, Formeln), Power BI und/oder Tableau sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenbanken (z. B. SQL)
Analytisches Denken, strukturiertes Arbeiten und hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und Datenqualität
Vertrautheit mit großen Datenmengen und Fähigkeit, daraus strategische Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit, souveränes Arbeiten als Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Fachbereichen und Management

Wünschenswert:

Experience with Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with SQL databases
Strong analytical thinking
