Für Airbus Defence and Space in Friedrichshafen suchen wir für den Bereich "Commercial & Contracts Space Systems" eine/n Contracts Manager (d/m/w). Die Abteilung ist zuständig für alle kommerziellen und vertraglichen Aspekte des Satellitengeschäfts im Bereich Erdbeobachtung-/ Navigation und Wissenschaftssatelliten bei Airbus Space Systems.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Verantwortliches Auswerten von Angebotsausschreibungen und Kundenanfragen, Vorbereiten und Planen der Angebote zusammen mit Technik und Vertrieb (Vertragliche Angebotserstellung)
  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und Koordination von Entscheidungsvorlagen/Risk Management Commitee Unterlagen für die verantwortlichen Leitungsebenen
  • Prüfung und selbständige Verhandlung von Kundenverträgen
  • Prüfung und selbständige Erstellung weitere Vertragsdokumente (NDAs, ATPs, Lizenzvereinbarungen, Kooperationsvereinbarungen, Vertragsnachträgen/-änderungen)
  • Überwachung der Kundenverpflichtungen über die gesamte Dauer des Kundenvertrags hinweg, einschließlich wichtiger Meilensteine in Abstimmung mit Finance, Legal und anderen spezialisierten Funktionen
  • Teilnahme an First-Line Management Meetings als Contracts Manager in Großprojekten
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von externen wie internen Vorschriften insbesondere unter Berücksichtigung unserer Export- und Compliance-Richtlinien
  • Regelmäßige Dienstreisen zu unserem Standort München/nach Ottobrunn sowie gelegentliche sonstige Dienstreisen zu unseren Kunden

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • umfangreiches juristisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis und langjährige Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Vertragsgestaltung in einem Industrieunternehmen
  • Kenntnisse vom Geschäft mit institutionellen Kunden im Bereich der Raumfahrt (Bundeswehr, ESA, DLR, etc.)
  • Kenntnisse im deutschen Preisrecht
  • Risiken einschätzen und bewerten
  • gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und über alle Hierarchieebenen hinweg sowie eine gute Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT Programmen, MS Office, Google Workspace und SAP
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
