Für unseren Standort in Wittenberg suchen wir zum 01.04.2026 einen Continuous Improvement Manager (m/w/d). In dieser Position analysierst du gemeinsam mit dem Führungsteam die Potenziale in allen Bereichen und entwickelst die kurz- und mittelfristigen Strategien für das Werk. Bei deiner Arbeit liegt der Fokus auf den internen und externen Kundenbedürfnissen und die Verbesserung unserer Kostenposition. Dabei arbeitest du auf Grundlage der LEAN- und SIX SIGMA-Tools und stellst so den Fluss in unserer Wertschöpfungskette sicher.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Förderung operativer Exzellenz durch Anwendung von LEAN-, Six-Sigma-Methoden und Best Practices in allen Betriebsbereichen zur Erreichung oder Übertreffung der Geschäftsziele sowie Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Verantwortung für die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung des SIG Excellence Systems, einschließlich der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Systemmodule
  • Optimierung entlang der Lieferkette sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Prozesse innerhalb des Werks, der Region und der Lieferprozesse
  • Einbindung und Schulung von Mitarbeitenden aus allen relevanten Funktionen, um die eigenständige Anwendung von LEAN-Tools sicherzustellen
  • Entwicklung einer kurz- und mittelfristigen CI-Strategie für das Werk basierend auf Kundennachfrage und internen Optimierungspotenzialen zur Stärkung der Wettbewerbsposition und Maximierung der Geschäftsergebnisse
  • Unterstützung der Werksleitung bei der Entwicklung und Steuerung der Betriebsteams sowie Umsetzung von Initiativen zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards, gesetzlichen Vorschriften, ethischen Grundsätzen sowie Qualitäts- und Lebensmittelsicherheitsrichtlinien bei allen Initiativen
  • Vorantreiben des täglichen Geschäfts durch analytisches und prozessbezogenes Know-how sowie Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei Bedarf
  • Effiziente, transparente und verständliche Kommunikation innerhalb der gesamten Organisation
  • Funktion als Schnittstelle zur europäischen und globalen CI-Funktion zur Sicherstellung von Best Practices und Standardisierung
  • Analyse und Überprüfung der Optimierungsergebnisse, um Nachhaltigkeit in allen Verbesserungen zu schaffen und die definierten Ziele sowie KPI’s sicherzustellen
  • Einhaltung der Arbeitgeberpflichten gemäß ArbSchG sowie Konkretisierung der Vorgesetztenpflichten in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Gesundheitsschutz, Brandschutz und Umweltschutz (SIG-Übertragung von Pflichten). Der Verantwortungsbereich ergibt sich aus der Operator-Matrix und dem Kostenstellenplan

Anforderungen

  • Idealerweise abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (Meister/Techniker) mit mindestens 5-jähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Wünschenswert ist eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Continuous Improvement, Lean Management, Six Sigma oder Prozessoptimierung, idealerweise in einem Produktionsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in LEAN-Methoden, Six Sigma, Kaizen und weiteren CI-Tools wären von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von CI-Strategien sowie in der Leitung von Optimierungsprojekten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen (KPI) und deren Analyse zur Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und kooperative Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz zur Abstimmung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Fähigkeit, Prioritäten effizient zu setzen
