As Consultant Change Management, you support transformation projects in public administration and contribute to making organizations, processes, culture and IT fit for the future. You work with experienced colleagues on conception and implementation of change strategies, stories and communication measures, and develop formats for information, participation and qualification of employees in change processes.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Support transformation projects in public administration
Work on conception and implementation of change strategies, stories and communication measures
Create stakeholder analyses and derive measures for accompanying change processes
Develop formats for information, participation and qualification of employees in change processes
Work in interdisciplinary teams on diverse projects in public sector
Contribute to change architectures and roadmaps

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed degree in business administration, organizational development, psychology, social sciences or comparable field
First practical experience in public sector and consulting (e.g., through internships, working student positions or initial professional experience)
Interest and knowledge in change processes and their design in organizations
Understanding of challenges of change and digital transformation in public administration
Structured work approach, strong communication skills, and willingness to take responsibility in a team
Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level)
