Join our team at The Hoxton in Vienna. We are looking for a Commis / Demi Chef de Partie to work in our kitchen, preparing creative dishes and ensuring smooth operations in a vibrant, open hotel environment.

Verantwortlichkeiten

Prepare delicious dishes together with our kitchen team
Ensure all work areas are well prepared and organized for smooth kitchen operations
Ensure your workplace is always hygienic
Help with the appealing presentation and plating of our creative dishes to delight our guests

Anforderungen

Ideally completed training as a cook
Passion for the profession
High quality awareness
Priority on freshness and origin of ingredients
Willingness to work on new culinary ideas and actively contribute creativity
Not precious, leaving ego at the door to help get things done
Ready to do things differently and try (almost) everything once
Desire to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun
