Jobbeschreibung:

The Cloud Support Analyst role is for people who are passionate about helping others. You will communicate with our Cloud Manager and customers in a variety of industries, working with them to resolve any type of issue that arises from using our Doxis software as a service.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Run incident resolution and facilitate collaboration with other departments
Review SER Cloud system diagnostics, investigate system performance issues, monitor availability and document issues
Create scripts for operational automation and incident response
Work with development teams and professional services to resolve more complex issues
Deliver and deploy cloud tenants to new customers via public clouds
Contribute to the SOC2 certification process
Integrate cloud tenants with the customer’s premises and users via the web

Anforderungen:

University or BTEC diploma in Information Technology, or in a related technology field or equivalent education
Ideally experience in software support
Interest in systems administration in Linux/Unix and Windows
Interest in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.)
Experience with some scripting languages such as Shell, Ruby, Python, etc.

Wünschenswert:

Initial experience with AWS or Azure services
Exposure to security concepts/best practices
Expertise in IPsec, VPN, load balancing, routing protocols, SSH, network monitoring/troubleshooting tools
Experience with disaster recovery concepts and corresponding backup/restore policies
