Childcare host

• Design and lead varied, age-appropriate programs for children (0-3) 3 to 12 years and teens
• Work closely with the entire team
• Participate regularly in events, parades or evening activities like children's disco
• Ensure high quality and safety standards in childcare at all times
• Put guests at the center, answer questions from parents and guardians, solve problems and accommodate individual wishes where possible

• Experience working with children
• Confident and proactive communication with guests and hotel team
• Recognized training or qualification in childcare (ideal)
• Open, cheerful personality with talent for engaging children of all age groups through play and movement
• Ability to conduct activities independently and take full responsibility for children in care
• Willingness to learn, flexibility, and resilience
• Ability to remain calm and organized in lively moments
• Time flexibility including evenings and weekends
• Enthusiasm for activities like children's discos and evening programs
• Fluent in German & English
