We are looking for motivated personalities interested in the business travel market to join our team. The role involves managing business travel end-to-end, supporting customers, and contributing to a successful international organization. The position offers training, development, and home office opportunities.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Managing business travel from A to Z
supporting business customers via phone and email
handling initial inquiries, organization, booking, and ticketing for flights, hotels, rental cars, and more
performing after-sales tasks such as rebooking and ticket re-issuance

Anforderungen:

Very good German and English skills
experience working in a travel agency
experience with GDS systems, e.g., Amadeus
passion for business travel
organizational talent
proactive and solution-oriented work approach
enjoyment of direct customer contact
