Als Business Development & Sales Manager (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in unserem Vertriebs- und Geschäftsentwicklungsteam mit Verantwortung für die Anbahnung, Entwicklung und erfolgreiche Verhandlung von Kundenprojekten in Deutschland und Zentraleuropa. Sie leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Umsetzung unserer Wachstumsstrategie, indem Sie hochwertige Verkaufschancen identifizieren und strategische Kundenbeziehungen im Einklang mit der ITM Power Markenpositionierung aufbauen und pflegen.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Durchführung fundierter regionaler Markt-, Kunden- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
  • Identifikation und Entwicklung hochwertiger Verkaufschancen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Partnerorganisationen – insbesondere mit EPC-Unternehmen
  • Leitung technischer und kommerzieller Gespräche mit Kunden
  • Entwicklung fundierter Bid-/No-Bid-Empfehlungen
  • Koordination der Erstellung von Kostenkalkulationen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung wettbewerbsfähiger Preisstrategien und -modelle
  • Sorgfältige Steuerung von Angebotszeitplänen, Budgets und Projektfortschritten
  • Verantwortung für den vollständigen Verhandlungsprozess bei komplexen, technisch anspruchsvollen Vertriebsprojekten
  • Sicherstellung, dass sämtliche technischen und kommerziellen Angebote qualitativ hochwertig, überzeugend und passgenau auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden abgestimmt sind
  • Aufbau und Pflege belastbarer Beziehungen zu entscheidungsrelevanten Kundenkontakten
  • Förderung einer Kultur des unternehmerischen Denkens und Handelns
  • Etablierung und kontinuierliche Pflege tragfähiger Partnerschaften mit führenden Ingenieur- und EPC-Unternehmen
  • Aktive Teilnahme an relevanten Fachkonferenzen und Branchenevents
  • Sicherstellung eines nahtlosen Übergangs von der Angebots- in die Umsetzungsphase
  • Pflege und Verwaltung des CRM-Systems

Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Erfahrung in der Geschäftsentwicklung und im Kundenbeziehungsmanagement im Kontext industrieller Produkte und Märkte
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in hochwertigen und komplexen Verkaufsaktivitäten innerhalb eines industriellen Umfelds, einschließlich Ausschreibungs- und Angebotsverfahren
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von Ausschreibungen, in kommerziellen Verhandlungen und in der kommerziellen Bewertung
  • Erfahrung mit komplexen EPC-Vertragsverhandlungen ist von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit zum Verfassen strategischer, ansprechender und zweckmäßiger Geschäftsunterlagen
  • Gutes Verständnis der Energie- und Wasserstoffmärkte sowie der relevanten Endverbraucherindustrien
  • Frühere Erfahrungen im Bereich grüne Energie oder saubere Technologien sind von großem Vorteil
  • Gutes Verständnis von EPC-Liefer- und Vertragsmodellen, einschließlich der Phasen Pre-FEED, FEED und Ausführung
