The DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH is the complete service provider for the railway infrastructure of Deutsche Bahn. We plan and build all facilities of the railway infrastructure and maintain them. With our trades of track construction, technical systems, structural engineering and the coordination of large projects, we are in use at over 40 locations nationwide. In addition, we design the railway infrastructure in an environmentally friendly and modern way with our innovations. Verantwortlichkeiten:

independent performance of the tasks as a lightning protection coordinator according to Ril 819.0808 (cross-trade signaling and telecommunications (LST)/telecommunications (TK)/electrical energy systems (EEA)/overhead line systems (OLA)) in all construction phases (LPH1-LPH9) for the railway infrastructure of Deutsche Bahn
advising the internal lightning protection planners and supporting the 1st design engineer for electrical energy systems (EEA)/alternative energy systems (AES)/technical building equipment (TGA)
independent development of draft and execution plans in the specialist area of electrical energy systems with a focus on lightning protection/EMC (the plans extend to new construction, conversion, renovation and construction conditions)
preparation of reports and evaluations on the subject of EMC and lightning protection
budget and deadline responsibility (performance, cost, deadline and quality-compliant realization) of the assigned planning projects as well as commercial control
responsibility for order-related decisions when creating the planning documents
ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, laws and the DB AG's set of rules when preparing the responsible planning projects/realization projects
independent coordination with clients and authorities as well as carrying out local surveys and measurements for further planning

Anforderungen:

successfully completed technical college/university degree or comparable qualification in the field of electrical engineering (e.g., electrical technician, electrical engineer)
several years of professional experience and/or knowledge in the field of lightning protection/EMC, electrical engineering planning, possibly assembly
proof as a lightning protection specialist/EMC expert (VDE/VDS/TÜV or equivalent)
specialist knowledge as a lightning protection coordinator and interdisciplinary specialist knowledge and ideally experience with railway projects
very good knowledge of the regulations, standards and guidelines of the specialist area
independence, economic thinking and acting, initiative, teamwork and willingness to acquire necessary qualifications
constant willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics independently or to further your education in them
willingness to travel and a class B driving license
