As Betra-Antragsteller:in, you will create applications for maintenance and measures in BBPneo while ensuring high quality and completeness. You will manage processes for immediate measures, maintain documents, coordinate workflows, and communicate with all involved parties.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Responsible for timely and high-quality creation of Betra applications in BBPneo for maintenance and further measures
ensuring high quality and completeness of Betra applications
fast and smooth processing of applications for immediate measures and troubleshooting
monitoring and compliance of the Betra application workflow
maintaining required applications and documents reliably (e.g., Shareplan, tree folder)
constant contact with all process participants to avoid later discrepancies

Anforderungen:

Completed technical training in maintenance, e.g., track construction/railway, control and safety technology or electrical systems/overhead lines
ideally qualification as Betra Antragsteller:in or willingness to acquire it through functional training
good transport geography knowledge of the Augsburg network is advantageous
proficiency with standard IT applications such as MS Office
economic thinking and decision-making skills
independent, structured, and reliable working style
